Minimise DNFs with predicted maintenance.
Fleet Management knows the kilometres of every part in every car. It predicts which part falls due at which race weekend and what that will cost, and with the GPS module it logs every outing without manual entry.

Fleet Management links every part to the race calendar of the car. For the next twelve months it lists per race weekend which parts reach their interval and what they cost, so the maintenance budget is known before the season starts.
Upcoming maintenance puts the parts that fall due first at the top, with the kilometres left and the race weekend at which they run out. A part shows Due soon before its interval is reached and Overdue when it is.

The GPS module in the car logs every outing. Fleet Management recognises the circuit, counts the laps and the distance and proposes the outing as a session. You accept or dismiss each proposal, and only accepted sessions count.
The live map shows the last known position of every car with a module. Stint9 knows 62 circuits from OpenStreetMap raceway data, and an unknown circuit gets its own track model after three closed laps.

The parts database starts with the BMW M235i / M240i Racing parts and the service intervals of the Porsche 718 GT4 Clubsport from the Porsche technical manual. You fill in your own prices for the Porsche parts, and you add the parts of any other car yourself, once.
Link the parts that are fitted to a car, from the engine to the oil filter, and each part counts the kilometres since its last replacement. Log a replacement with its date, reason and cost, and the interval starts again.

The dashboard of each car shows the kilometres per month through the year, the costs you booked and the running cost per kilometre, predicted and real, side by side.
Every cost lands in one cost log per car, and you decide per category what counts in the running cost.

GPS module
You choose the number of modules when you add Fleet Management. They are charged once on your first invoice and shipped to your team. Fit a module in each car, and Fleet Management logs every outing from then on.
Also in Fleet Management
Fleet Management also keeps the outings, the setups and the jobs of every car, so the whole history of a car sits in one place.
Log every outing with its date, type and distance, and the car total and all linked parts follow.
Every part keeps its replacements and checks, so you see whether it reaches its interval or is replaced early.
Keep the chassis setup per circuit, with driver feedback and iterations.
See the jobs for each car, and who did them.
Who it is for
Fleet Management does not depend on a race series. A car without a series simply has no race calendar, and its service moments follow its own kilometres.
Keep the parts and intervals of every car up to date between race weekends, and see before the season which race weekend needs which parts.
Track the kilometres of every outing without a series calendar, and know before the next trackday which parts are due.
Use one parts database for every car type in the team, and link each part only to the cars it is fitted to.

Questions about Fleet Management
Fleet Management
A part that fails during a race costs more than the part itself: the entry, the travel and the result go with it. Fleet Management shows the parts that fall due before the car leaves the workshop.
