Getting started
What is in the free plan?
The free plan lets you follow the NLS sessions live, look up any driver in the Competitor Database and read the official NLS documents. It stays free.
How do I add a solution?
In Settings, add the Nürburgring Pack for your team, or Fleet Management with the number of cars. The solution is active at once.
Can the whole team work in one account?
Yes. Invite your drivers, engineers and team manager to your team account, and everyone works in the same plans, analyses and cars.
Plans and billing
How is the price calculated?
The Nürburgring Pack costs € 149 per month for your whole team, and Fleet Management € 49 per car per month, both excluding VAT. The GPS module costs € 495 per module, once.
Can we combine the two solutions?
Yes. Each solution has its own price, and you pay for every solution you take: the Nürburgring Pack once for your team, and Fleet Management for every car you maintain in Stint9.
Can we cancel?
Yes. A solution is billed monthly and can be cancelled in Settings. It stops at the end of the month you paid for, and your team returns to the free plan.
Are there discounts or bundles?
No. Every team pays the same prices, and the two solutions are priced separately.
Nürburgring Pack
Which races does it cover?
The NLS and the 24h Nürburgring. Post-race Analytics reads the official sector-time files of both. Live Timing follows the NLS sessions live today, and the 24h sessions from April 2027.
Which logger files can we upload?
AiM files (.xrk and .xrz) and VBOX files (.vbo). They are analysed in your browser and only the result is saved; the files of a full 24-hour race fit.
Where does the race data come from?
From the official timing and the official sector-time files of the organiser. Stint9 measures pit stops on the official pit-in and pit-out lines.
Can other teams see our plans and data?
No. Every request is filtered on your team, and the database enforces the same rule a second time. We test it on every release.
Fleet Management and the GPS module
Can we take Fleet Management without the Nürburgring Pack?
Yes. Fleet Management stands on its own and works for race, trackday and club cars, with or without a race calendar.
How do we order the GPS module?
You choose the number of modules when you add Fleet Management. They are charged once on your first invoice and shipped to your team, one module per car.
Do we need the GPS module?
No. Without a module you enter the distance of each outing yourself, and the prediction works the same. With the module the kilometres count themselves.
Does Fleet Management work without a race series?
Yes. A car without a series has no race calendar, and its service moments follow its own kilometres.
Which cars have a starter catalogue?
The BMW M235i / M240i Racing, with prices, and the Porsche 718 GT4 Clubsport, with the service intervals from the Porsche technical manual and without prices. You add any other car yourself.
Data and security
Can other teams see our cars and costs?
No. Every request is filtered on your team, and this is tested on every release.
Do our logger files leave our computer?
No. AiM and VBOX files are analysed in your browser, and only the result is saved in your team account.
